After the successful inaugural event in Hamburg, hosted by CECIP, the second edition in 2026 was led by the Japanese Measuring Instruments Federation (JMIF). The programe consistes of three parallel sessions: Legal Metrology, scientific metrology and applied metrology. The conference was coordinated by two international steering committees (Asia-Australia- Europe and America-Europe), which meet every 6-8 weeks to ensure the event's success.

The event aims to bring together stakeholders in the weighing sector for a three day conference featuring presentations on the latest developments in the industry.It also serves as an excellent opportunity to connect with participants from around the globe. Following the success of the 2023 edition, we welcomed a high number of attendees from over 25 countries.
The main topic of the second edition was: "Innovative weighing solutions for a sustainable world".
