About the conference
After the successful inaugural event in Hamburg, hosted by CECIP, the second edition in 2026 will be led by the Japanese Measuring Instruments Federation (JMIF). As in 2023, the programe will consist of three parallel sessions: Legal Metrology, scientific metrology and applied metrology. The conference is coordinated by two international steering committees (Asia-Australia- Europe and America-Europe), which meet every 6-8 weeks to ensure the event's success.

The event aims to bring together stakeholders in the weighing sector for a three day conference featuring presentations on the latest developments in the industry.It also serves as an excellent opportunity to connect with participants from around the globe. Following the success of the 2023 edition, we expect a high number of attendees from over 25 countries.
